Hey ya'll,

Happy belated fourth to you guys. I got to enjoy a four day weekend with my family. I went bowling with Josh, Cameron, and Carli on Sat. Chilled out with grandma on Sunday. On Monday, I visited my aunt Carol then Josh came over to have dinner with the family. On Tues, I participated in two parades and then went to Beecher to see the fireworks as well as seeing the new baby (Coal). Then I drove home at 11:30 pm. Good Times!

So anyways now that you know what I have been up to I will get down my job dilema (if you want to call it that). I love my job, I really do but there is some parts that I have a really difficyult time with. First it is a door to door business to business job. I have a tough time going into every door including those with a no soliciting sign outside but I also enjoy meeting new people. But I also hate dealing with negative and rude people all day. With it being door to door, I have to walk and drive to the territory. The only upside to this is that I get exercise but walking for 8 hours a day does tend to wear a person down. I also have to get gas alomost every other day. I sometimes spend more on gas than what I get paid somedays. I have also put over 2,000 miles on my car since I started. I'm in a desparate need of getting an oil change. My work day is also 12 hours long. I get there at 8 in the morning and train in the office for about 2 hours. Then we load up the cars and have morning meetings as well as pratice our pitching. After that we head out into the field to our territory. We then spend about 8-9 hours in the field before returning to the office around 6:45. We then discuss our day and settle up our money before leaving which is around 7:30. I usually don't return home until 8 in the evening. Hopefully after about 3 months I should get out of the field and become an assistant manager. After that I will get my own place and become an owner of my own company. I love the people I work with but it's a long day and it's beginning to take a toll on me. So I've begun to look for other jobs that are more stable with a steady paycheck. What do you think? Should I look for a new job or should I stay and stick it out with for another 3-4 months? I will keep you guys updated
